Where to begin…?
I could potentially write a book on my wonderful interactions with Bill.
He has made this process as simplified as possible, he has been an absolute gentleman, and I honestly could not recommend him more highly.
He has been just amazing. My constant emails, phone calls to ensure I was clear about the details, my ridiculous never-ending questions and inquiries…
Bill has eased my mind and held my hand (figuratively) every single step of the way.
My only regret is that he is so far away I am not able to meet him in person to shake his hand and hug him.
